LOCAL BIZ HQ TERMS OF USE

Terms for Using Local Biz HQ.

Effective date: 28 September 2026

These Terms of Use apply to authorised access to Local Biz HQ, the private internal operations platform operated by Local Biz Sites.

By accessing or using Local Biz HQ, you agree to use the platform only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with the permissions and controls provided within the app.

Internal Business Software

Local Biz HQ is an internal business operations tool, not a public email marketing platform or consumer service.

Access is intended only for users authorised by Local Biz Sites. Connected services such as Google Workspace, Stripe, Cloudways and other integrations remain subject to their own terms, availability and permissions.

Authorised users remain responsible for the business decisions and external communications they make through Local Biz HQ.

The Main Conditions of Use.

These terms are designed to keep Local Biz HQ useful, secure and controlled while making clear where user responsibility and third-party services begin.

Authorised Users Only

Access to Local Biz HQ is limited to users authorised by Local Biz Sites. Account credentials must not be shared with unauthorised people.

Legitimate Business Use

The platform may only be used for lawful and legitimate business operations, including client management, website operations, lead development and authorised communications.

Owner-Controlled Communications

External email must be reviewed and approved through the controls provided in HQ. The user sending or approving a message remains responsible for its content and recipient selection.

Third-Party Integrations

Connected services such as Google, Stripe, Cloudways, Serper and other providers operate under their own terms, permissions, limits and availability.

Security & Access Control

Users must protect their login and connected-account access, follow role permissions, and promptly disconnect or report access that is no longer authorised.

USING LOCAL BIZ HQ.

How the Platform Is Intended to Be Used.

Local Biz HQ provides tools for organising internal business information and performing controlled actions through connected services. It does not replace the judgement or responsibility of the authorised user.

01

Access the Platform

Use only your authorised account and the permissions granted to your role. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or view information you are not permitted to access.

02

Manage Business Data

Keep client, lead, website, billing and operational information reasonably accurate and avoid entering information you are not authorised to store.

03

Use Connected Services

Only connect accounts and services you are authorised to access. Changes to external provider permissions, quotas or availability may affect Local Biz HQ features.

04

Review External Communications

Before approving an outbound email, review the recipient, sender identity, message content, suppression state and contact basis. HQ safeguards support this process but do not transfer responsibility away from the sender.

05

Disconnect Access When Required

Remove or revoke connected services when access is no longer needed, a user leaves the business, or an account should no longer be available through HQ.

Local Biz HQ provides operational tools and safeguards, but authorised users remain responsible for the actions they approve and the information they enter.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS.

Availability, Responsibility and External Services.

Local Biz HQ depends on application infrastructure and external providers. Features may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or limited by maintenance, API quotas, authentication requirements or provider changes.

Service Availability

Local Biz Sites aims to keep Local Biz HQ operational, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider incidents and technical limits may temporarily affect features.

External Provider Changes

Google, Stripe, Cloudways and other connected services may change APIs, permissions, quotas or terms. Local Biz Sites may need to adjust or suspend affected integrations in response.

User Responsibility

Authorised users are responsible for reviewing business records, outreach decisions, recipients, message content and other actions before approval or external use.

Suspension or Termination

Local Biz Sites may suspend access where necessary to protect security, data integrity, connected accounts or legitimate business operations, or when a user is no longer authorised.

No automated decision should replace your review.

Local Biz HQ may surface alerts, classifications, suggested links, operational status and other system-generated information. These features support business workflows, but important decisions should be reviewed by an authorised user before action is taken.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Biz Sites does not guarantee that every integration result, third-party response, classification or system status will always be complete, current or error-free.
