It brings operational information into one controlled workspace so the business can stay organised, respond to issues quickly and manage growth without relying on disconnected tools.
Local Biz HQ connects authorised Google Workspace mailboxes through Google OAuth. The app uses Gmail access to synchronise business conversations and, where sending is enabled, to send messages that have been reviewed and approved inside Local Biz HQ.
Requested Gmail permissions are limited to reading Gmail data and sending email from authorised accounts. Local Biz HQ does not delete messages, archive messages, mark messages read or unread, or modify Gmail labels.

Google account access is granted through OAuth and remains tied to the specific account that approved it. Local Biz HQ only requests the permissions needed for the features in use.

Authorised Gmail data is synchronised into Local Biz HQ so business conversations can be organised and linked to leads or clients.
The inbox separates prospect conversations from marketing, system notifications and other mail so only relevant items require attention.
Sending is owner-controlled. A message must pass eligibility and suppression checks and be reviewed before Local Biz HQ can send it.
You can disconnect an email account from Local Biz HQ and revoke Google account access whenever required.
